- Monthly calls = calls per day × business days per month
- Calls lost = monthly calls × % lost
- Lost new-customer calls = calls lost × % potential new customers
- Revenue recovered = lost new-customer calls × Lippy answer rate × conversion rate × average job value
- ROI = recovered revenue ÷ plan cost
Our assumptions
- Lippy answers ~100% of inbound calls, with no voicemail and no hold queue.
- Only the share you mark as potential new customers can become new revenue. Existing clients, reschedules and spam are still answered but excluded from the figures.
- Only 35% of recovered calls are assumed to convert into a booked job, which is deliberately conservative.
- Revenue figures are top line, not profit. They do not subtract the cost of delivering the work, so compare them against your own margin.
- Plan cost is the representative Team plan at $450/mo billed monthly, not the discounted annual rate.
- Figures are directional estimates, not a guarantee, and vary by industry, staffing, and call mix.
