Aged Lead Reactivation
Reactivate the aged leads
already in your database
Years of inquiries are sitting in the CRM, and nobody has time to call them. Lippy works that database by voice and text, finds who is still in market, and books them on your live schedule. The leads you already paid to generate start producing again.
For teams with a database of inquiries nobody is calling
Why an old database is worth a second pass
Leadsyoualreadypaidfor,workedagain
list, already in the CRM
These people filled out a form, answered an ad, or asked for a quote. The acquisition cost is sunk. What is left is the work of finding out who still wants what you sell, which is cheaper than buying the next list.
interest, even if it went cold
An aged inquiry is a different conversation from a name on a purchased file. They raised their hand once, so the call can start from what they asked about instead of a cold introduction.
while you still have them
Reaching someone is only half the job. Lippy checks live availability and books on the call or the text, so a revived lead ends as a confirmed appointment instead of another note to try later.
What database reactivation covers
Theoldfile,workeduntilitiscurrent
Old form, ad, and web inquiries
Leads from six months ago, two years ago, or a campaign you stopped working. Lippy starts from the age band you choose and contacts them about the service they originally asked for.
Estimates that never closed
Quotes sent to people who never became customers get a follow-up while the job might still be open, with the original request as the reason for the call.
Re-qualification on the first pass
Lippy asks whether they still need the service, what the timing is, and whether they are the right contact, then suppresses the records that are done.
Voice and text, on your cadence
A call, then a text, or the other way around. You set the attempts, the gap between them, and when to stop, so the database gets a real sequence instead of a single dial.
Booked against the live calendar
Interested leads get a real opening during the conversation. The call ends with a time on the schedule, written back to the CRM with the rest of the outcome.
Dispositions that shrink the file
Wrong number, not interested, already a customer, do not contact, or booked. Every result is logged, so the next pass is shorter than the last one and nobody is called twice about the same lead.

How we calculate this
These are conservative, directional estimates, not a guarantee. Every step is shown so you can check the math against your own numbers.
The formulas
- Leads worked = aged leads × share worked each month
- People reached = leads worked × % that reach a person
- Bookings = people reached × % that book
- Revenue added = bookings × value of one reactivated lead
- ROI = revenue added ÷ plan cost
Our assumptions
- Counts inquiries that never became customers. People who already paid you are priced by the client follow-up figure. Brand-new form leads are priced by speed to lead. Purchased lists are priced by outbound sales. Reminders and lists you are already running are priced by outbound follow-up.
- Set the monthly share to the slice nobody is calling today. Leads your team already works are already in your numbers, so leave them out of this share.
- Reach and booking rates are yours to set. Old contact data converts less often than a fresh inquiry, and the defaults are deliberately modest.
- Only records you mark as callable are dialed. Opt-outs and do-not-call requests are suppressed, and wrong numbers drop out once they are dispositioned.
- Revenue figures are top line, not profit. They do not subtract the cost of delivering the work, so compare them against your own margin.
- Plan cost is the representative Team plan at $450/mo billed monthly, not the discounted annual rate.
- Figures are directional estimates, not a guarantee, and vary by industry, staffing, and call mix.
Handing Lippy more than this one job? Stack several use cases into one estimate, since a single plan covers all of them.
