AI Client Follow-Up
Follow up with the clients
you already have
The easiest work to win is work from someone who already chose you once. Lippy calls and texts the clients who are due, overdue, or quietly gone, answers what they ask, and books them back on the calendar. It runs medical recall, lapsed customers, service renewals, and the estimate that never got chased.
For teams sitting on a client list nobody has time to work
Why follow-up pays first
Thewarmestlistyouown,actuallyworked
list, not a cold one
These people know your name, have paid you before, and usually have a reason to come back already on file. That is a different conversation from a cold dial and it converts like one, which is why the follow-up list is often the cheapest revenue in the building.
client who comes due gets reached
Recall and reactivation are the first things dropped when the phones are busy, so the list grows quietly until it is too big to face. Lippy works all of it on your cadence, month after month, whether that is forty people or four thousand.
on the call, not called back
Reaching someone is only half the job. Lippy checks live availability and books while you still have their attention, so follow-up ends in a filled slot instead of a note to try again next week.
What follow-up covers
Recall,reactivation,andtherestofthelist
Recall and recare
Patients due for a cleaning, a skin check, a scope, or an annual visit get called and texted until they are booked, so the schedule fills from your own chart instead of from ad spend.
Lapsed client reactivation
Clients who quietly have not been back in a year get polite, persistent outreach that gives them both a reason and a time, and stops the moment they book or opt out.
Renewals and recurring service
Seasonal tune-ups, service agreements, memberships, and policy renewals get offered on schedule, so keeping the customer does not depend on them remembering.
Unscheduled work and open estimates
Treatment that was recommended or a quote that was sent but never booked gets followed up while it is still relevant, which is usually the largest ignored list a business has.
Post-visit check-ins
A call or text after the appointment catches problems early and asks for the review or the next booking at the moment goodwill is highest.
Written back to your system
Every attempt, outcome, note, and booking lands in your PMS or CRM, so the list stays accurate and nobody gets the same call twice.
Client follow-up ROI calculator
Whatisyourclientlistworth?
Most businesses are already sitting on people who paid them once and are due to come back. Estimate what working that list every month is worth, counting only the clients nobody gets to today.
Your numbers
~96 nobody follows up with today
worth $7,200, plus $70 of staff time
per month
per year
No credit card required. We'll walk through your real numbers.
How we calculate this
These are conservative, directional estimates, not a guarantee. Every step is shown so you can check the math against your own numbers.
The formulas
- Clients due = clients on file × % due each month
- Nobody reaches = clients due × (100% − % you follow up with today)
- Extra visits booked = clients nobody reaches × % that book
- Revenue added = extra visits × average value of a return visit
- Labour saved = clients you call today × minutes per contact ÷ 60 × hourly cost
- Monthly value = revenue added + labour saved
Our assumptions
- Lippy works the whole due list every month by voice and text, so the share your team cannot get to is reached rather than rolled forward.
- Only the clients nobody follows up with today produce new revenue here. The ones your team already calls are excluded, so this does not take credit for bookings you get anyway.
- The labour figure covers only the follow-up your staff place today, since that is the time genuinely handed over.
- Extra visits booked here are not counted by the appointment-booking calculator, which prices the staff time and no-shows on appointments you already have.
- Outreach honours consent, quiet hours, and opt-outs, and stops once a client books or asks not to be contacted.
- Revenue figures are top line, not profit. They do not subtract the cost of delivering the work, so compare them against your own margin.
- Plan cost is the representative Team plan at $450/mo billed monthly, not the discounted annual rate.
- Figures are directional estimates, not a guarantee, and vary by industry, staffing, and call mix.
Handing Lippy more than this one job? Stack several use cases into one estimate next to the plans, since a single plan covers all of them.
